At White Night online store, we care about our customers’ comfort and confidence. That’s why we offer clear and transparent conditions for returns, exchanges, and warranty service in accordance with applicable law.
All terms are regulated by the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”.
🔄 Return & Exchange of Goods (Proper Quality)
You can exchange or return a product within 14 days from the date of receipt if it does not suit you.
Return is possible if the product:
- has not been used
- retains its original condition and properties
- has full комплект and packaging
- includes original packaging, seals, and labels
- has proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
Most commonly, returns occur if the product:
- does not meet expectations
- has unsuitable characteristics
- differs from what was expected
⚠️ Non-returnable Goods
According to Ukrainian legislation (CMU Resolution №172), certain categories of goods are not eligible for return or exchange.
These include:
- used goods
- goods with damaged or missing packaging
- customized or specially ordered products
Please check details with the manager before purchase.
🔧 Return of Defective Goods (Warranty Case)
If the product has a defect or does not function properly, you are entitled to:
- product exchange
- free repair
- refund if exchange or repair is not possible
In such cases, delivery costs are covered by the seller.
🛡 Warranty
Every product purchased from White Night comes with a warranty period set by the manufacturer or seller.
Warranty service is provided in accordance with applicable law.
Warranty includes:
- free repair of manufacturing defects
- replacement or repair in case of malfunction
- service during the entire warranty period
❗ Warranty does not cover:
- mechanical damage
- signs of impact, dropping, or misuse
- water damage (unless specified)
- unauthorized repair or tampering
- natural wear and tear
🚚 How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact us (phone, messengers, or website)
- Provide your order number
- Describe the reason for return
- Confirm details with our manager
- Send the product via a convenient delivery service
💳 Refund Policy
Refunds are processed:
- after receiving and inspecting the product
- upon submission of an original written refund request from the customer
- within 7 business days
Funds are returned:
- to a bank card
- or via another agreed method
📦 Shipping Costs
- for returns of proper quality goods — paid by the customer
- for warranty cases or store errors — paid by the seller
