🔄 Return & Exchange of Goods (Proper Quality)
You can exchange or return a product within 14 days from the date of receipt if it does not suit you.
Return is possible if the product:
has not been used
retains its original condition and properties
has full комплект and packaging
includes original packaging, seals, and labels
has proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
Most commonly, returns occur if the product:

has unsuitable characteristics
differs from what was expected
⚠️ Non-returnable Goods
According to Ukrainian legislation (CMU Resolution №172), certain categories of goods are not eligible for return or exchange.
