At White Night online store, we care about our customers’ comfort and confidence. That’s why we offer clear and transparent conditions for returns, exchanges, and warranty service in accordance with applicable law.

All terms are regulated by the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”.

🔄 Return & Exchange of Goods (Proper Quality)

You can exchange or return a product within 14 days from the date of receipt if it does not suit you.

Return is possible if the product:

• has not been used
• retains its original condition and properties
• has full комплект and packaging
• includes original packaging, seals, and labels
• has proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)

Most commonly, returns occur if the product:

• does not meet expectations
• has unsuitable characteristics
• differs from what was expected

⚠️ Non-returnable Goods

According to Ukrainian legislation (CMU Resolution №172), certain categories of goods are not eligible for return or exchange.

These include:

• used goods
• goods with damaged or missing packaging
• customized or specially ordered products

🔧 Return of Defective Goods (Warranty Case)

If the product has a defect or does not function properly, you are entitled to:

• free repair
• refund if exchange or repair is not possible

In such cases, delivery costs are covered by the seller.

Warranty service is provided in accordance with applicable law.

Warranty includes:

• free repair of manufacturing defects

• service during the entire warranty period

💳 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed:

• upon submission of an original written refund request from the customer

Funds are returned:

• to a bank card
• or via another agreed method
