🔄 Return & Exchange of Goods (Proper Quality)

You can exchange or return a product within 14 days from the date of receipt if it does not suit you.

Return is possible if the product:

• has not been used
• retains its original condition and properties
• has full комплект and packaging
• includes original packaging, seals, and labels
• has proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)

Most commonly, returns occur if the product:

• does not meet expectations
• has unsuitable characteristics
• differs from what was expected

⚠️ Non-returnable Goods

According to Ukrainian legislation (CMU Resolution №172), certain categories of goods are not eligible for return or exchange.
